These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and roll996 ("roll996", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the roll996 website located at roll996.cam, including all associated services, software, games, promotions, and payment facilities.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

roll996 conducts identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals and, where risk-based monitoring requires, on Accounts with significant deposit activity. KYC is a regulatory and anti-fraud measure and is not waivable.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document — MyKad, current Passport, or valid Driver's License

5.1 Deposit Conditions

5.2 Currency

The Platform's base currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, applicable game types, and geographic restrictions — are published with each offer.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been converted within the validity period will expire without compensation.

7.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Where a game round is demonstrably incomplete due to a confirmed server-side fault, the stake will be returned. roll996 is not liable for disconnections arising from the Player's device, internet service provider, or local network conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on roll996. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, contact details, or payment methods
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any Account activity
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment instruments or identity fraud
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided

• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to account sharing for bonus farming, multi-accounting, or systematic hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk

roll996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct in Clause 9
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from roll996
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or financial crime
• Identification of an underage player or a player in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Player self-exclusion request pursuant to Clause 13
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months

10.1 Balance on Account Closure

Where an Account is closed by roll996 due to reasons other than fraud, Terms breach, or legal obligation, any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recent withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to fraud or material Terms breach, roll996 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all Account balances pending investigation.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting roll996 live chat support. Players closing their Accounts due to gambling-related concerns are encouraged to also apply for self-exclusion as described in Clause 13, which provides a more robust protective mechanism than simple Account closure.

• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any Platform software or content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roll996 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling stakes or potential winnings resulting from Platform access interruptions, technical failures, or game malfunctions not caused by roll996's wilful misconduct
• Financial losses arising from your own gambling decisions, irrespective of information or tools provided by roll996
• Loss of data, Account access, or Player Wallet funds arising from unauthorised third-party access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond roll996's reasonable control, including payment processor failures, banking system outages, or regulatory interventions

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by roll996's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
